Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I hire a Professional Organizer?
Do you have areas in your home that look cluttered? Do you sometimes have problems with locating needed items? Does your environment make you feel "tired"? Do you feel overwhelmed with where to begin? Have you tried solutions that did not work for you? Do you feel "weighed down" with your "To Do" list? Do you sometimes feel "there are not enough hours" in your day?
What does a Professional Organizer do?
A Professional Organizing Consultant works with clients to conduct a thorough assessment of problem areas and design and implement solutions to help you reach your goals by creating a sense of order in your environment. We will also transfer skills to you to help maintain the desired result and conduct follow up services. NAPO Members are required to complete education levels for membership inclusion.
What is NAPO?
The National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) is a group of approximately 4,000 Professional Organizers dedicated to helping individuals and businesses bring order and efficiency to their lives. NAPO helps its members reach a level of creditability available nowhere else. The NAPO member logo on a member's business card or website tells clients that the Professional Organizer is part of a recognized and reliable association whose members adhere to a strong Code of Ethics when conducting business.

How much do you charge for your services?
Complimentary telephone consultations are available. We also offer on-site consultations for a fee. Service fees are tailored to each client on a case-by-case basis, dependent upon the scope of areas and the project. We offer package and hourly based rates.
What if I need to cancel a session?
We require a 48-hour notice if you must cancel a session. If a scheduled session is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice (unless an emergency situation), payment of one-half the scheduled session is required.
What is your confidentiality policy?
Creating Organization abides by and adheres to the NAPO Code of Ethics. Clients can expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the project. We are here to help, not judge.
