Who We Are

Creating Organization was founded by Barbara LaFleur, following a successful career in sales and marketing management with a Fortune 500 company.  She uses her extensive training and giftings to help clients design and implement strategies to simplify their environments.  Barbara is a Certified Organizational Specialist and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and holds Specialists Certificates in Household Management, Workplace Productivity, Residential Organizing, Team Productivity, Life Transitions and Brain Based Conditions.  Barbara is a Certified Virtual Professional Organizer (CVPO).  She has also earned the Golden Circle Badge (10 years) and the 2024 NAPO Business Stamp of Approval.

 

What We Do

Creating Organization serves the Texarkana, Arkansas; Texarkana, Texas; Atlanta, Texas and surrounding areas in Cass, Miller and Bowie counties, as well as serving clients virtually at any location nationwide.   By designing specific, individualized and customized systems and processes clients become more efficient with their time, information and spaces.  Most importantly, Creating Organization transfers necessary skills which enable clients to maintain order and have more time for what matters most to them.
